The Congo Narrative

My name is Thomas Fuller. I am an Ameru Khan of Amen ascent, meaning original American, that has spent most of my life involved in the issue of Indigenous and African development. What follows is the narrative that led to my meeting with the President of the Republic of the Congo, and many officials, and the international influences that prevented the project from going forward.
